ProgramPal is a mobile application that allows physiotherapists and healthcare professionals to create and send home exercise programs to their patients.

User Accounts

To use ProgramPal, you must:

• Be a qualified healthcare professional or work under the supervision of one
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that violates third-party rights
• Attempt to interfere with the service's operation
• Share your account with unauthorised users

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create in ProgramPal. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled according to the app store's policies.

ProgramPal is a tool to assist healthcare professionals. It does not provide medical advice. You are responsible for the clinical appropriateness of exercise programs you create and prescribe.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProgramPal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
